quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed your expectation. Items that are personalized ( ring sizing,
engraving,...) are non refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items
that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged by
the customer in
any way cannot be accepted for return. 1. If within the US, call us Toll Free at 1-800-324-1460 or email us at customersupport@harrismichaeljewelry.com for an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization Number). You can also log in to your account on our website and request an RMA# though your order history. All returns without an RMA# will be refused and sent back to sender. 2. Place all the original packaging in the box, (Diamond certificates, Appraisals, etc (There is a $100 replacement fee for non-returned Diamond certificates.) and securely place the items inside the box. Securely close the box and write the RMA # on your original invoice and make sure it clearly appears on the outside of the box. 3. If the price of the item you're returning is: Under $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.* Over $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Harris Michael Jewelry.* (FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.)
