FREE SHIPPING via USPS ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50 shipped within the United States.

We also offer FedEx Next Day Air shipping for $29.50 and FedEx 2nd Day Air shipping for $14.50. We use both UPS and FedEx for expedited delivery options.

When will my order arrive?
All orders ship out from Harris Michael Jewelry 1-3 business days after you place your order.

The delivery date of your order can be calculated as follows:
Address Verification/Order Process Time + Shipping Time = TOTAL DELIVERY TIME

Personalized items such as engravings and ring sizing take an extra 3-5 business days to process unless otherwise noted.

You will receive an email notification the day your order shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can track the progress of your order on the website of the respective carrier.

Our Return Policy.
Harris Michael Jewelry, Inc.upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed your expectation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or credit your credit/debit card (shipping charges are not refundable).

If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us. Every effort is made to insure that your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. Kindly report any initial defects within 5 days of order receipt for prompt replacement, report any damages or losses in transit to the carrier immediately. We cannot be held responsible for damages or losses incurred in transit.

When Will My Credit Card be Credited?
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

To return an item to Harris Michael Jewelry, please follow the following process:
1. If within the US, call us Toll Free at 1-800-324-1460 for an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization Number). You can also email us to obtain an RMA#. All returns without an RMA# will be refused and sent back to sender.
2. Place all the original packaging in the box, (Diamond certificates, Appraisals, etc (There is a $100 replacement fee for non-returned Diamond certificates.) and securely place the items inside the box. Securely close the box and write the RMA # on your original invoice and make sure it clearly appears on the outside of the box.
3. If the price of the item you're returning is:
Under $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
Over $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Harris Michael Jewelry.* (FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.)

Once your return is received, our Quality Assurance Department will review it. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

* Harris Michael Jewelry will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Harris Michael Jewelry policy on Conflict Diamonds
All diamonds purchased by Harris Michael Jewelry are conflict free diamonds and are acquired only through the most respected suppliers who enforce the standards of the Kimberly Process. The Kimberly Process is an international process that was developed by the diamond industry in partnership with the United Nations, governments and non-governmental organizations to track diamonds from mine to market in order to prevent the trade of illegal diamonds.
